Sip-Skee | Return & Refund Policy

At Sip-Skee, we want you to be thrilled with your gear. Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we handle things a little differently than a traditional big-box store.

1. The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our glassware. If you experience any issues with your product—whether it arrives damaged or develops an issue within the first 30 days of use—we’ve got your back.

  • The Fix: We will issue a full refund, including your $5 shipping fee, or send a replacement at no cost to you.

  • The Window: Claims must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Because each item is "Print on Demand" (created specifically for you after you order), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for different styles, sizes, or buyer’s remorse.

Pro Tip: Double-check those product descriptions and your cart items before hitting "Order" to ensure you’re getting exactly what you want!

3. No Cancellations

To get your items to you as fast as possible, our system sends orders directly to production the moment they are placed. Because of this immediate hand-off, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted.

4. How to File a Claim

If your item is defective or didn't survive the journey to your door, let’s get you back in the game:

  1. Email Us: Contact player1@sipskee.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Order Number: Include your order number in the subject line.

  3. Photo Proof: Attach clear photos of the issue or damage.

    • Note: We cannot process claims without photographic evidence or those sent after the 30-day window.

5. Refund Processing

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it typically takes 5–10 business days for banks to post the funds to your account.
