Sip-Skee | Shipping Policy
Every item at Sip-Skee is created just for you as soon as you place an order. Because we produce on demand rather than in bulk, it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you, but it helps reduce overproduction and waste!
1. Shipping Destinations & Rates

Destinations: Currently, Sip-Skee only ships to addresses within the United States.

Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat $5.00 shipping fee on all orders.
Why the fee? Since we specialize in glassware, this helps us ensure every item is packed with extra care and high-quality protective materials to get your gear to you in one piece.
2. Production & Shipping Times

Production: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create your custom product.

Shipping: Once created, your order is handed off to the carrier. Shipping usually takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.
3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your item is printed and out the door, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.
4. Multiple Shipments
If you order different types of products (e.g., glassware and apparel), they may be printed at different facilities. Don’t worry if one item arrives before the other—they are likely just traveling from different locations!
5. Address Accuracy
Because our system sends orders directly to production, we usually cannot change the shipping address once an order is placed. Please double-check your info at checkout. Sip-Skee is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
